1. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

2. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Complimentary delivery is offered on orders over £40. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at info@bogs-chocolate.com within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Allergens

Our chocolates are handcrafted in a kitchen that handles nuts, milk, soy, and gluten. Please refer to the specific product pages for a full list of ingredients and allergens. Bogs Chocolate cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens.
